The Ultimate Cheese Soup

What do you need:

1 onion, ground

6 garlic cloves, minced

2 1/2 cups destroyed Pepperjack cheddar

2 cups of milk

1 3/4 cups low sodium chicken broth

1/4 cup spread

1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

2 tablespoons flour usually useful

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Ground black pepper to taste

In a saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the margarine then cook the usually useful flour until darker, about 5 minutes. Stir in the onion and garlic and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the onion is tender. Gradually add milk and chicken juices, then bring to a stew over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and continue simmering until mixture is smooth and thick, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir into destroyed cheddar. Season with Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and black pepper then mix. Garnish with cilantro leaves.

Pumpkin and curry soup

What do you need:

1 butternut squash, skinned, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

4 garlic cloves, minced

4 cups of chicken jus

1 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup creamy cream

1/4 cup heavy cream, or more to taste

2 tablespoons of nectar

2 tablespoons of margarine

2 teaspoons curry powder

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Soften the spread in a saucepan over medium-high heat, then cook the garlic and onion until tender. Stir in squash, chicken jus, curry powder, salt, cumin and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil then lower the temperature and simmer until the squash is tender, about 15 minutes. Whenever it is prepared, remove from the heat at this time, add the cream and the nectar to the mixture. Blend the soup into clumps in a blender or food processor until smooth. Move to serving bowls at this point top with hard cream.
Creamy Sausage and Kale Soup

What do you need:

12 hot pork sausage connections, cut

2 potatoes, cut

4 cups of water

2 cups chopped kale

3/4 cup diced onion

1/3 cup substantial cream

2 tablespoons chicken soup base

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

Place the sausages in a baking sheet and cook in a preheated pan (150 degrees Celsius) for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces and put in a safe place. In a huge saucepan over medium heat, cook the onions until tender. Add the onions and cook for 1 more moment. Include potatoes, water and chicken soup base and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Lower the heat at this point, stir in the hot dog, kale and cream. Simmer until heated through, stirring most of the time.
